A typical user centric Mobile CRM+ workflow
When user wants to reference a customer, lead or an existing activity related to a customer, user can select the appropriate menu item from the respective screen. The screen will display a list of items for the particular query. If the item user is looking for is not available, each screen has a search option that user can use to make a search on the CRM server and get the item. The menus are automatically adjusted for the item searched. If it is a contact or lead, menus will give the user option to start a meeting or make a call to the customer. If the item list is activities, user will have the option to extend the activity.
An unique feature in Mobile CRM+ is the use of rolling buffer which allows users to capture only key points in a meeting or call. Of course user always has the option to capture the entire proceeding. When using the rolling buffer, user can press a hotkey when a point is raised in response Mobile CRM+ will save the proceedings before the hotkey was pressed and continue till a predefined time period or till the user presses the key again. This way, all key points can be captured and sent to CRM server and available for reference later. User will not have to enter any text details unless user chooses to do so. |
