A typical Mobile CRM+ workflow to capture leads in a trade show

One of the key interest in a trade show is to collect leads and opportunities. Often it is difficult to capture them all as the other person is short of time as he/she is doing exactly the same. Mobile CRM+ is a very convenient and handy tool in such circumstance. It allows capturing leads and opportunities by entering minimal text details, speaking to the microphone or taking a picture of a business card and/or the person’s picture and if required images of product prototypes displayed on the show.  The information and all captured images, voice files are uploaded to the CRM server and leads and opportunities.

An optional Mobile CRM+ component allows text transcription of the voice and card images to enter the details directly to the lead or opportunity record.
